Oshizi is a small studio that publishes free web tools, puzzle games, and blog or research content.

WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, AVAILABLE AT ANY PARTICULAR TIME OR LOCATION, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT ANY DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED OR THAT ANY CONTENT OR INFORMATION PROVIDED THROUGH THE SERVICE WILL BE ACCURATE, COMPLETE, OR RELIABLE.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OSHIZI AND ITS OWNER, OPERATORS, AFFILIATES, CONTRACTORS, AND SERVICE PROVIDERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF DATA, LOSS OF PROFITS, LOSS OF GOODWILL, OR SERVICE INTERRUPTION, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OSHIZI'S TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS RELATING TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED USD $100 OR THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US FOR THE RELEVANT SERVICE IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW CERTAIN DISCLAIMERS OR LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY, SO SOME OF THE ABOVE MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

10. Indemnity

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Oshizi and its owner, operators, affiliates, contractors, and service providers from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of or related to:

• your use of the Service;
• your violation of these Terms;
• your violation of any law or third-party right; or
• any Submission you provide.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms, created risk for the Service, or acted unlawfully.

Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including sections relating to intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnity, and governing provisions.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Service operator is established, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
